Our Story
My name is Sofio Asatiani, founder and owner of Saamo Cafe. Although we opened in September 2025, we have already earned the trust and loyalty of our guests.
Saamo was created with a clear vision: to offer high-quality, delicious dishes while providing a cozy, welcoming, and enjoyable atmosphere. Our name, “Saamo,” reflects this idea perfectly, as it means “pleasant” in Georgian.
We are a family-owned business, with every member of our family actively involved in daily operations. That unity creates a warm, friendly, and peaceful environment that our guests immediately feel and appreciate.
Our priority is to deliver excellent service, maintain high standards, and genuinely care about every guest. At Saamo, we treat each person with attention, respect, and hospitality, just as we would expect to be treated ourselves.
